Mockup — not connected to anything. Nothing here saves and nothing sends. Use the three numbered tabs below to move between pages. On page 1, try picking a topic — the struck-through ones have already run and are closed. On page 2 the draft is the real branded email — hover any block to reveal its controls, click into the text to edit it, or try a quick revision.
This tool builds the Resolve Physical Therapy email newsletter. It is used once a month, by one person, to produce one email to the clinic's mailing list. This first page collects what goes into the issue. Nothing is sent from this page, and nothing here is final — Claude writes the draft, and you read all of it on the next page before anything goes out.
Claude has written the whole newsletter from what you entered on page 1. Your job on this page is to read every section and change any wording you don't like. This page changes how the newsletter reads, not what it is about — to change the topic, the spotlight or the charity, go back to page 1 and the draft is rewritten. Nothing is sent from this page either.
October is the month the trails are at their best and the snow isn't here yet. It's also the month we'd most like to talk you into a little preparation.
Most of the knee injuries we see in January are set up in October, by not doing very much.
Equipment has made skiing dramatically safer over the last thirty years. Overall injury rates have fallen by more than half. One number didn't move: ACL tears.
That tells you something useful. The injuries equipment could solve have largely been solved. What's left is about how well your legs absorb load on a bad landing, and that responds to training rather than gear.
Eight weeks is enough time to change it before opening day.
Stand on a step. Lower one foot toward the floor over a slow count of four, tap lightly, and come back up. The descent is the point, not the return.
Many people find their control gives out well before their strength does, which is usually the more useful finding.
General information, not a personal recommendation. If you're recovering from something, or it hurts, skip it and ask us first.
Kasey hit his five-year mark with us this month. If you've been through a post-op knee here, there's a good chance he's the reason you got your stairs back.
There's a collection box in the waiting room through the end of October. Everything in it goes to Street Dog Hero, the Bend nonprofit that rescues dogs here and overseas, and rehomes them.
The flyer below lists what they've asked for. Gently used is genuinely fine for most of it, and you don't need an appointment to drop something off. Come in, leave it, carry on with your day.

This is the last page. It shows the automatic checks, any warnings, and the three boxes that have to be ticked before the newsletter can go out. The Send button on this page sends to the whole mailing list and cannot be undone, so nothing here should be rushed.

A clinic spotlight can’t run again inside three months, and this one did. Change it, or tick the box in your sign-off below to send it anyway. Editing the spotlight section clears this on its own.
